Telephone Interviewing

Reaching respondents via telephone is still an excellent way to get a representative sample of your consumers – either by market, trade area, or nationally.

And SIRS stands out among other research companies when it comes to telephone interviewing!  We have our own Interviewing Center with 95 CATI interviewing stations.  We typically select households by random via a purchased sample of computer generated random telephone numbers for specified geographic areas using random digit dialing (RDD).  We can also contact a previously identified group – from your own customer database, in-store interviewing, or other methods.

Our interviewers are all extensively trained by our accredited supervisors.  Clients can monitor the interviewing at any time – either on-site or remotely.  And our facility is designed to ensure confidential treatment of each project. SIRS provides the best research methods for our clients, whatever their goals are.  If telephone interviewing is what's needed to achieve those goals, you won't find a better company to provide it!
