If you want to reach your customers in your store, your local mall, or even a community event, SIRS can provide the qualified personnel to complete the project efficiently and successfully. We work with you to determine the best methods for your project, help develop your questionnaire, coordinate the number of interviewers needed, and the best time and days to approach your customers. SIRS only allows senior interviewers and supervisors to do personal interviewing. We make sure all materials are ready and interviewers have the credentials needed to make sure to get the highest incidence rates possible. In-store interviewing can be as complex or simple as you would like. Your customer can be approached for just a minute to obtain permission to call them at a later date, to ask them to call in to a toll free number, or visit a website to complete the interview or we can provide a questionnaire that can be done at the point of contact easily and without too much interruption. SIRS has the understanding to help you plan the best way to get the consumer feedback you need. |
