SIRS state-of-the-art facility houses both our focus group suites and our telephone interviewing rooms. Our focus group facilities are award winning and our telephone research center houses 95 stations in 5 separate rooms, in order to ensure confidentiality.

You can privately monitor all of our research areas at any time during your projects. To monitor interviewing in our Telephone Research Center all that is required is enough notice to set up passwords and monitoring can be done in person at our office or remotely – whichever is more convenient to you. To monitor studies in our Focus Group Facilities, clients have the option of closed caption television in the client lounge, or observing from our viewing rooms.
