Home | Awards/News | Security MeasuresSecurity MeasuresSIRS has instituted and enforces the utmost in security measures. All SIRS employees sign a legally enforceable non-disclosure of confidential information agreement. During each phase of the research process, employees are strictly prohibited to discuss client-specific information with anyone not directly involved in that project. Field interviewers are not to discuss study particulars or mention client names unless at work. All correspondence related to projects is destroyed when no longer needed or applicable.SIRS provides its clients with the capability to monitor their project at any time. To ensure privacy and confidentiality, each client is given a pass code dedicated exclusively to their study. When calling to monitor telephone interviewing, clients must give the pass code to the shift supervisor or monitoring will not be permitted. The physical layout of our 95-station phone center allows for the secure separation of each client's study from all others. Our phone center is divided into five different rooms, which enables clients to attend a briefing and/or monitor on-site, if desired. |
