Below are the driving directions to the SIRS offices - Corporate Offices and the Focus Group Facility and Field Offices.

If you are attending or participating in a focus group at SIRS, please use the directions to the Field and Focus Group Offices.

Our Corporate office is located at: 224 Grandview Drive Ft. Mitchell, KY 41017 859-781-9700 phone Click here to view an area map from Mapquest. Or follow the driving directions below. From downtown Cincinnati: Take I-71S/ I-75S toward Lexington Take the KY-371/Buttermilk Pike exit, Exit 186 At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Buttermilk Pike/KY-371 Turn right onto Grandview Dr (next to the Shell gasoline station) On Grandview, pass the gym and pass the little strip mall. At the stop sign, continue on straight up the hill. Go all the way to the top of the hill and the road will make a sharp left turn. After the turn, it is the first driveway on the right.(Entrance to Park 75) Then immediately turn right into our parking lot. Look for our blue SIRS awning. From the Greater Cincinnati Airport (approximately a 12 minute drive): Take I-275 East to toward I-71/ I-75N Merge onto I-71N/ I-75N via Exit 84 toward Cincinnati Take the KY-371/Buttermilk Pike exit, Exit 186 At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Buttermilk Pike/KY-371 Turn right onto Grandview Dr (next to the Shell gasoline station) On Grandview, pass the gym and pass the little strip mall.
